MysticDucky provides Tarot card readings for entertainment purposes only. Readings are not a substitute for professional advice — financial, medical, legal, psychological, or otherwise.

Do not make important life decisions based solely on a Tarot reading. We are not liable for any actions taken as a result of using this service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MysticDucky.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service
• Use automated tools to generate readings at scale
• Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content via the admin panel
• Circumvent any security or access controls

All MysticDucky branding, design, and original content is owned by MysticDucky. The default Rider-Waite-Smith card images are in the public domain (published 1909). AI-generated card artwork is licensed for use on this platform.

When you share or save a reading image, you grant MysticDucky a non-exclusive licence to display that image within the service. You retain ownership of the content of your reading.

MysticDucky is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MysticDucky after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
